Independent review — this is not the official Spinalto website. We may earn a commission through links on this site; it does not change our verdict.
Spinalto is a young offshore casino (live since May 2026) with a large game library, its own sportsbook and cashback with no wagering requirements. The downside: no licence in the Netherlands, Belgium, France or Germany, withdrawals take 4–7 days and its reputation still has to prove itself.
Thinking about playing at Spinalto? Then you probably have the same questions as everyone else: is Spinalto legit and safe, what is the withdrawal time, and is the bonus worth it? Spinalto is a young online casino with more than 1,000 games, its own sportsbook and a welcome package of up to €6,000 plus 300 free spins. Here you get an honest overview — including the points other sites would rather leave out.

Spinalto is an international online casino founded in late 2025 and live since May 2026. Despite its young age, the range is already large: more than 1,000 games from around 70 providers, including Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Novomatic, Playson, Belatra, Endorphina and Evolution for the live casino.
You will find classic slots such as Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead, a full live casino with blackjack, roulette and baccarat, plus quick instant-win games. What sets Spinalto apart from many pure slot sites: there is also a complete sportsbook with more than 40 sports — a real plus if you bet on football, tennis or eSports as well as playing slots. In short, Spinalto aims to be a casino and a bookmaker in one.

The welcome package is spread over five deposits: 100% up to €500 + 100 free spins, then 80% up to €1,500 + 75 FS, 70% up to €2,000, 60% up to €1,000 + 50 FS and 40% up to €1,000 + 75 FS. Together that makes €6,000 and 300 free spins. Instead of the first deposit bonus, you can also choose the high-roller bonus (125% up to €3,000 + 125 FS from €500) or the live casino bonus (100% up to €1,000).
The small print: wagering requirements of x40 on the bonus amount (live x15), a maximum of €5 per spin, 7 to 15 days validity and a maximum withdrawal of 10 times the bonus amount. On top of that there is a no deposit bonus of 20 free spins or a €5 free bet for social media followers. All amounts and terms per deposit are on our bonus page. If you would rather play without a bonus, simply don't activate it.
The game library is Spinalto's simple strength. In the slots section, the range runs from high-volatility releases to the reliable classics from Pragmatic Play, Novomatic and Play'n GO. You can filter by bonus buy, Megaways, jackpots and high RTP, which makes finding the right games easy.
In the live casino you sit at real tables with real dealers — European, American and French roulette, several blackjack variants, baccarat and game shows. On top of that comes the sportsbook: football, tennis, basketball, eSports and more, both pre-match and live. The sports section matters because it covers a need of its own — if you search for “Spinalto sport”, this is exactly where you end up.
Spinalto's lobby has its own Jackpots filter with slots that pay out a jackpot or a hold-and-win pot, such as Royal Beellion Hold & Win (BGaming), 3 Royal Dracos (Endorphina), Bonsai Gold Hold & Win (Novomatic), Big Wild Buffalo 2 (Belatra) and Rich Piggies: Bonus Combo (Netgame). The counter on Spinalto's homepage shows a total jackpot of over €869 million — that is the sum across all connected games and providers, not a pot you can win in a single game.
Important for bonus players: as long as a bonus is active, all jackpot games are excluded. If you want to play for a jackpot, do it with real money and no active bonus. You will find more slots and filters on the slots page.
Spinalto relies on a broad mix of traditional and digital payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and bank transfer on the fiat side, plus cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin and more. Everything is settled in euros, and the minimum deposit is around €20 (slightly higher with crypto).
To be honest about the withdrawal time: Spinalto does not pay out “instantly”. Processing usually takes about 4 to 7 days, and there is a monthly withdrawal limit of €50,000. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification — in other words, an ID document. That is normal and even a good sign against money laundering, but if you expect lightning-fast crypto withdrawals, bear this in mind. Tip: get your verification documents ready early and your first withdrawal will go faster.

iDEAL or Bancontact? As of October 2026, neither iDEAL nor Bancontact is in Spinalto's list of payment methods — and neither are PayPal, Klarna or Giropay. Whether you play from the Netherlands, Belgium, France or Germany, you deposit by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, bank transfer or crypto.
This is the most important question, and we will answer it straight, because it is your money. Spinalto is operated through a company registered in Costa Rica. Important to understand: Costa Rica does not issue gambling licences — companies are only registered there as businesses. So there is no specialised gambling regulator keeping a constant eye on things, and Spinalto holds no licence from the Dutch KSA (Kansspelautoriteit), the Belgian Gaming Commission, France's ANJ or Germany's GGL.
What does that mean in practice? You are playing with an offshore operator without the consumer protection you would have at a casino licensed in your own country — no local dispute resolution, no statutory deposit limits, and no connection to the self-exclusion registers CRUKS (NL), EPIS (BE) or OASIS (DE). Many international casinos work this way and pay out reliably, but the protection is different. We want you to decide with all the facts, rather than pretend there is a licence that does not exist. Play consciously and set your own limits.
The short answer: it depends on the country you live in. We cannot give tax advice, but here is the overview. In the Netherlands, Dutch-licensed operators usually pay the gambling tax (kansspelbelasting) on your behalf, but Spinalto has no Dutch licence. If you live in the Netherlands, you must therefore declare your winnings and pay Dutch gambling tax yourself (the rate is adjusted periodically) — more on this in our Dutch review.
In Germany, gambling winnings are generally not taxed for players (see our German review). In Belgium and France, the rules differ — our French version covers them. Wherever you live, keep a record of your deposits and withdrawals and check with a tax adviser for larger amounts. We mention this because it is a genuine trust issue, not because it flatters us.

The VIP programme has five tiers, each with five ranks: Neon Pass, Club Grid, Volt Class, Noir Elite and Apex Glow. You earn 1 point per €100 wagered with real money. From Club Grid you get 5% to 15% daily cashback with no wagering requirements, from Volt Class 1% to 5% rakeback is added, and new levels come with real-money rewards from €100 to €2,500.
If you are already a VIP at another casino, you can have that status transferred with a screenshot, and if you deposit €1,000 in one go, you can request Instant VIP. For casual players the cashback is the most interesting part; points count wagers, not losses. All 25 levels are in the VIP overview.

Spinalto has no app in the App Store or Google Play, but a PWA: a web app that you add to your home screen from the browser and that works like a regular app. According to Spinalto, the app gives you faster withdrawals, extra “secret” bonuses that only app users see, up to 830% faster loading times and maximum security.

Maximum securityInstalling on iPhone (Safari): tap “Share” at the bottom, choose “Add to Home Screen” and tap “Add”. On Android (Chrome): open spinalto.com, tap the three dots at the top right, choose “Add to Home screen” and tap “Install”. Note: installation does not work in an incognito or private window.
Spinalto has two channels: live chat on the site and e-mail via support@spinalto.com. According to Spinalto, support is available 24/7. Good news for English speakers: the site and support are available in English, French, German and Greek — so you can get help in English. There is no Dutch-language support, but if you are reading this, you will get on fine.
Player reviews show that waiting times can increase at busy moments, especially for players without VIP status. If you have a question about a withdrawal or verification, put your username and the date of your request in your message straight away — it saves a round of back and forth.
On Trustpilot, Spinalto has (as of 6 October 2026) 294 reviews and a TrustScore of 3.9. The picture is polarised: 73% give 4 or 5 stars, 23% give 1 star — there is little in between. Spinalto responds to almost all negative reviews (97%), usually within 48 hours, but often with a standard reply.
Praise mostly goes to concrete things: the large game library, the cashback with no wagering requirements and the wide range of payment methods, including crypto, Apple Pay and Revolut. Criticism predictably focuses on three points — a withdrawal time of several days, reports of accounts not being closed and the lack of a regular licence. Our verdict stays sober: Spinalto is a solid but young offering. If you have realistic expectations about speed and protection, you will find a big casino with a fair loyalty programme.
We went through the recent 1-star reviews on Trustpilot and grouped them. These are player experiences we cannot verify ourselves, but the patterns are clear:
What does this mean for you? Read the bonus terms before you activate a bonus, complete your verification before you play with large amounts, and if you want to stop: request the closure in writing by e-mail and keep that message. Spinalto is not connected to CRUKS (NL), EPIS (BE) or OASIS (DE) — help with gambling problems is available from Loket Kansspel and AGOG (Netherlands), gokhulp.be (Belgium) and check-dein-spiel.de (Germany).
Signing up takes a few minutes: e-mail address, password, currency, and you confirm that you are 18+. After that you log in with your e-mail and password, in the app too; if you forget your password, you reset it by e-mail.
Verification (KYC): under Spinalto's KYC policy, you must verify your account before your first withdrawal, whatever the amount, and also for a deposit of €2,000 or more at once or €7,500 per month. You upload an ID document (passport, ID card or driving licence) and a proof of address, such as an energy or phone bill or a bank statement no older than 90 days. Ideally do this right after your first deposit, so your first withdrawal is not delayed.
Getting started only takes a few minutes. First: sign up and log in. Second: choose a payment method — card, Apple Pay, Revolut or crypto — and deposit from around €20. Third: decide whether you want to activate the welcome package, and off you go.
After that you can choose from more than 1,000 slots, the live casino and the sportsbook. Our one honest piece of advice: set your limits before you start, withdraw your winnings rather than leaving a balance sitting there, and treat playing as entertainment, not as income. You can always find a full overview via the top navigation.
