Spinalto’s Terms Explained in Plain English

A plain-English summary of Spinalto Casino’s general terms and conditions, plus the terms of use of this site. Only the terms on Spinalto’s own website are legally binding; if anything here differs, theirs apply.

Who can play (18+)

Under Spinalto’s terms, you may only play if you are 18 or older and located in a permitted country. One account per person is allowed. It is your own responsibility to make sure online gambling is legal where you live. Spinalto has no licence from the Dutch KSA (Kansspelautoriteit), the Belgian Gaming Commission, France’s ANJ or Germany’s GGL, and it is not connected to the self-exclusion registers CRUKS (NL), EPIS (BE) or OASIS (DE). Costa Rica, where the operating company is registered, does not issue gambling licences.

Account, verification and anti-money-laundering rules

Your details must be correct and up to date. Spinalto asks for identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal in any case, and also for a single deposit of €2,000 or more, for €7,500 or more in deposits per month, and for frequent large withdrawals. You will be asked for proof of identity (passport, ID card or driving licence) and proof of address no older than 90 days; sometimes also a selfie or a bank statement.

Note: under the bonus policy, using a VPN or hiding your IP address counts as bonus abuse — your bonus and winnings can then be forfeited.

Bonuses, deposits and withdrawals

Deposit bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement (15x for the live bonus), with a maximum bet of €5 per spin or bet (€1 on the first deposit bonus, €10 on the high roller bonus) and a maximum cashout of 10 times the bonus amount. All the bonus rules are on our bonus page.

Withdrawals are only processed after successful verification; this usually takes 4–7 days, with a limit of €50,000 per month. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus and bonus balance are forfeited.

Closing your account

If you want to stop, request the closure in writing via support@spinalto.com and keep a copy of the message. Players report that closing an account does not always go smoothly (see the complaints in our review). If you are stopping because of a gambling problem, also look for help: Loket Kansspel or AGOG in the Netherlands, gokhulp.be in Belgium, check-dein-spiel.de in Germany.

Terms of use of this site

spinaltoofficial.com is an independent information site about Spinalto Casino and not the official Spinalto website. We do not offer any gambling ourselves and do not accept deposits. We check our information carefully and state the date, but Spinalto can change its terms at any time — so always double-check important points on Spinalto’s own website.

Links to Spinalto may be affiliate links: we may then receive a commission (see our methodology). Spotted a mistake? E-mail us at contact@spinaltoofficial.com.
