Every player takes part automatically; there is no need to sign up. You earn 1 VIP point for every €100 you wager with real money. With enough points you move up a rank, and every five ranks you reach a new level: Neon Pass → Club Grid → Volt Class → Noir Elite → Apex Glow.
Each new rank can unlock a reward: free spins at the lower levels, real money from Volt Class onwards. These rewards are credited automatically to your real-money balance and have no wagering requirement. Cashback and rakeback also increase with each level.

Cashback, rakeback and level-up rewards
Cashback starts at 5% at Club Grid 1 and rises to 15% at Apex Glow 5. It is paid daily at 00:00 UTC on your net real-money losses, with no wagering requirement. Conditions: at least €10 cashback, your balance must be below €10, activation within one day in the bonus section, and your withdrawals must not exceed 60% of your deposits. Maximum €10,000.
Rakeback starts at 1% at Volt Class 1 and rises to 5%. It is calculated from your stakes and the house edge of the game, credited to your real-money balance after every session, and never expires.
Level-up rewards in real money: €100 at Volt Class 1, €500 at Noir Elite 1, €1,000 at Apex Glow 1 and €2,500 at Apex Glow 5. VIP free spins have their own rules: Blessing FS with x40 wagering and a maximum win of €50, Miracle FS with x30 wagering and a maximum win of €100.
Instant VIP: straight to VIP without climbing the ranks
If you deposit €1,000 or more in one go, or €2,000 within 30 days, you can apply for Instant VIP. You then get a personal VIP manager and the VIP perks for as long as you keep up that deposit activity — with no reset.
Spinalto does not say exactly which level you start at; you agree that with the VIP manager. Never play more or at higher stakes than you planned just to reach a status.

Who is the VIP programme worth it for?
Points are based on your stakes, not your losses. On slots that adds up faster than you might think: 5,000 spins at €1 already make €5,000 wagered, enough for Club Grid 1 and 5% cashback. Volt Class 1 (rakeback and €100) requires €75,000 wagered, Apex Glow 5 as much as €10 million — that is only for genuine high rollers.
Our honest verdict: for the average player, the main attractions are the cashback from Club Grid and the free spins at the lower levels. See VIP as a bonus on the side, not as a reason to play more.
