Spinalto withdrawal: how long it takes and what to know first

Spinalto reviews a withdrawal request within 2 days. After that it depends on your method: crypto usually arrives faster than card or bank. First, though, you need to meet two conditions: wager your deposit at least 3× and get your identity verified. Everything below comes from Spinalto’s payment policy.

How long does a Spinalto withdrawal take?

According to Spinalto’s payment policy, a withdrawal request is approved or declined within 2 days. That is the part the casino controls. After that the money is on its way, and how long that takes depends on the method: crypto usually arrives faster, while a withdrawal to a card or bank account can take a few working days.

Your first withdrawal often takes longer, because Spinalto verifies your account first. If you request a large amount, the casino can ask for extra documents before it completes the request. Until a withdrawal is final you can still cancel it; the money then goes back to your balance.

Before you can withdraw: three conditions

  1. Wager your deposit at least 3×. This is separate from any bonus and applies to every deposit. Deposit €50, and you first need to have placed at least €150 in bets. Spinalto calls this an anti-money-laundering rule; you will see it at many casinos.
  2. Verify your account (KYC). Without a successful verification no withdrawal is processed, not even a small one.
  3. No active bonus. If you request a withdrawal of your real balance while a bonus is active, the bonus and bonus balance are forfeited. Finish the bonus first or switch it off deliberately.

If fast withdrawals matter most to you, playing without a deposit bonus is often the better choice. What the bonuses require is explained on our bonus page.

Payment methods: how can you withdraw?

Spinalto works in euros only. On the site we saw these methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, Revolut and crypto (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and Litecoin). iDEAL and Bancontact are not among them; which methods you see exactly depends on your country.

Two rules from the payment policy worth knowing in advance:

  • Crypto stays crypto. If you deposited in crypto, Spinalto also pays out in crypto, to the wallet linked to your account. Deposit in euros and you get euros back.
  • Same way back. Spinalto may pay out via the method you deposited with, and the name on your card or account must match the name in your Spinalto account.

Some methods or countries carry fees; according to Spinalto, these are shown on the withdrawal page in your account.

Limits: minimum and maximum

  • Minimum: €40 per withdrawal (€45 for crypto).
  • Per card transaction: up to €5,000 to Visa or Mastercard. Request more and it is paid out in instalments.
  • Per week and month: €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month for winnings that do not come from a jackpot. With a higher VIP level these limits can go up.

So if you win a larger amount, you will not receive it in one go. That is common at offshore casinos, but it is good to know before you play with high stakes.

Verification (KYC): which documents?

Spinalto requires verification before your first withdrawal, whatever the amount. The casino can also ask for documents after a single deposit of €2,000 or more, or €7,500 in a month. Expect to provide:

  • an ID document: passport, ID card or driving licence;
  • a proof of address no older than 90 days, such as a utility or phone bill or a bank statement;
  • sometimes a selfie or a bank statement as proof of where your money comes from.

Our advice: upload your documents right after signing up, not when you want to withdraw. Then verification is already done when it matters.

What players report about withdrawals

On Trustpilot Spinalto scores 3.9 from 294 reviews (October 2026). Some players write that their withdrawals were fast. The negative reviews from August to October 2026 paint a different picture: on larger wins Spinalto asks for extra KYC documents, and a withdrawal sometimes stays ‘pending’ for days.

That matches the terms: the casino may hold a withdrawal while it checks your identity and the source of your funds. So make sure your verification is complete and your name matches everywhere — that is what you can control. More on Spinalto’s reputation in our full review.

Do you pay tax on your winnings?

It depends on where you live. Spinalto’s payment policy is clear that taxes on winnings are the player’s responsibility.

  • Netherlands: Spinalto has no Dutch licence and does not pay the gambling tax for you, so in principle you declare your winnings and pay Dutch gambling tax yourself.
  • Germany: winnings are generally not taxed for players.
  • Belgium and France: the rules differ; check them for your situation.

We do not give tax advice. Keep a record of your deposits and withdrawals, and talk to a tax adviser for larger amounts.
